3-4 tsp Lemon Meringue Rooibos tea A small scraping from vanilla bean pod 1 tablespoon full fat coconut milk Whipped cream and lemon slice (optional) Start by steeping your tea for 5-6 mins in 8oz boiling water, remove tea bag or strainer if using. Cut open a vanilla bean pod and scrap out some of the vanilla to stir into your tea concentrate. Add full fat coconut milk and whisk together until frothy with an electric whisk. Top with whipped cream and a lemon slice if you wish!
