Maureen, I usually do a little less honey, especially if it’s a strong honey. You can sub about 7/8 cup honey for 1 cup sugar if you want the same sweetness, but use less if you want. Make sure you reduce the liquid in the recipe a little to make up for the change.

When you sub honey for sugar do you do the full amount? I have a son that I need to cut back on the sugar for and am not finding a ton of info about subbing honey. Thanks
