I used the larger one with the red flesh, not the small one with the yellow flesh.

I used 3/4 of a regular-sized one, followed the recipe to the letter otherwise, and got 2 small pops out of it. I live in Hawaii, so I have access to papayas the size of soccer balls, and the recipe probably should have called for one.
