I was just talking to a friend Tuesday night about making bagels. I’m definitely going to try it soon. I also have a tried and true recipe for good granola and another not tried yet granola bars. Let me know if you want to take a look at them.

These look really great! I agree about it a lot of work and going stale quickly though...If I do it again, I might make a half batch so I'm not putting them in and out of the oven all night. I love the sesame flavoring though!

Also, what about homemade cheese like mozzarella or ricotta? Or homemade pitas?
