Even after all these years I was still not good at over easy eggs. Then I saw Ree Drummond from Pioneer Woman take a dipper and pour the liquid over the tops until they were perfectly done. She probably even has a video on the Food Network site.

Basically, I love any egg that involves a nice runny yolk. (My 13-year-old self is cringing right now since I used to hate yolk.) I haven’t tried this in a stainless steel pan, but have you tried cracking an egg in a pan, putting a lid over the egg/pan, and turning the heat down a bit? The steam will cook the top of the egg white, but leave the yolk whole—no flipping needed! It’s the only way I can make my eggs now since they break when I flip them, too.
