It’s in too many foods, often hidden, and most people eat far too much of it. It can only do good to stop eating it.

I gave up sugar years ago when I had a bad candida problem. It can be a challenge in the beginning but it’s easy now to find recipes for desserts and snacks that use only natural sweeteners. You get used to less sweet tastes eventually.

I’m looking forward to hearing your experiences on this diet. ( not really a detox as you say).
