Tuesdays with Dorie: Everything But .. Tiramisu Cake
I had a plan for this TWD. I really did. I was going to make little cakelettes, I had it all planned out. But here’s what happened:
Couldn’t find a big cutter, used a mini cutter, cakelettes just weren’t the way I pictured them.
So I ditched the cakelette idea. Moved on to a parfait.
Ate a bite- delish. Still wasn’t satisfied with the look.
Botched it all and made cake bites.
No matter how it looks, it all tastes good. coffee, cake, mascarpone, chocolate.. irresistible, frankly.

Too funny. Short but sweet. Third time’s a charm, right. But those bites, those are the best result.
