Your gingerbread cake looks great – it is beautifully shaped. I like that you used a loaf pan – it’s more traditional.

HA! I made a loaf as well and I did the same exact thing! Except I didn’t realize it wans’t SUPPOSED to be a loaf until 10 minutes in to baking it! Yours looks great!

Glad it worked out!! Looks very good. Love the loaf shape – for some reason I think they are ‘bread’ and therefore less unhealthy! 🙂
